Choose Diet Based On Your Body Type
The food which contains high proteins such as lean chicken, turkey fish and aminos supplements should be consumed. The intake of Sugars, sweets and junk food should be eliminated from your diet and also should take small meals frequently. Regular exercise is must to increase the metabolism and also to low down the weight.
Mesomorph- Mesomorph body type will have large bones, thick skin, broad shoulders, narrow waist, and large muscles. They have large metabolism. Mesomorphs tend to be the best body type for controlling weight and require less exercise too. They also have lower fat percentage and less chance of weight regain. Mesomorph body type people should follow the special diet which includes low fat cooking foods with sufficient calorie intake.
Ectomorph- Ectomorph body type is thin with linear appearance, delicate build, and young appearance, tall, lightly muscled, and also has trouble in gaining weight. The Ectomorph body type person also has a low body fat percentage that makes them sick. This type of people will stay slim even if they eat well. They lack shape because of their low muscle weight, so they need to concentrate in gaining weight in the form of good lean muscle tissue. Diet should be high in calories and you should eat more then you’re used to and often. They should include nutritious food with high amount of proteins, carbohydrates and fats which will help in building lean muscle.
Generally person’s body is the combination of endomorph and Mesomorph. One of the primary factors in determining the body type is their metabolism.
Some people find it easy to burn calories while other people find themselves difficult in burning calories, even if both people have the same diet. It is clear from the above that someone with an endomorphic body strives hard in burning up calories though they do exercise, when compared to Mesomorph and Ectomorph body types.
Decrease in high amount of weight in short span of time will lead to slow down of metabolism rate and therefore becomes more difficult to lose weight. So it is recommended to decrease the weight slowly. Also the body type and metabolism should always be in balance with each other, otherwise change in one will lead to change in other. Your body type and your metabolism are always trying to stay in balance with one another, and a change in one will invariably lead to a change in the other.
Finally what ever may be the body type, try to slow down your metabolism and respond accordingly with your body type.
