QUIT SMOKING -> DON’T THINK—JUST QUIT…

Smoking leads to cause of cancer fatalities, heart attacks and even sometimes death. Smoking is one of the major risk factors for heart disease including high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes, being overweight and physical inactivity. The most dangerous is smoking with high cholesterol. Exposure to other people’s smoke increases the risk of heart diseases even for non-smokers.

Once you start smoking it is tough action to stop smoking. For beginners it would be much easy to avoid compared to the chain smokers, because beginners will not feel the pleasure of smoking for few days. For chain smokers, it is difficult to avoid as nicotine is very addictive and hard to get rid off.

Smoking cigarettes damages the blood and reduces the amount of vitamin c that is useful for your body and it results in aging and will not be able to fight off illness. A relief from stress, boredom and anxiety is the response for many smokers to attempt for smoking.

Tar and nicotine controls your body with its visible presence in tobacco. Immediate quitting can disrespect your physical and mental health. Your urge kills you and the effects are shown out. Ayurveda cleans up the system slowly, to kill the urge.

But its you who has to try,

To live or to die,

Either to quit smoke,

Or knowingly let yourself choke.

Simple start ups:

  • Splurge more on alkaline food like vegetables, fruits etc over acidic food like meat, dairy products, tea etc to dilute the effect.
  • Help yourself with vitamin-C. Take in plenty directly or transform into juices (like oranges, grape frits etc)
  • Sweet foods in light quantity will let you relieve the urge. “Honey” can detoxify the devil.
  • When mind gets over powered and heart blows out of control, lick with tip of tongue, a pinch of salt to chill axe.
  • Radish juice+ honeyà twice a day, will give you potential resistance.
  • Try a substitute, take a break, and chew liquorice. Its mild sweetness will be a good resistance to your bad-mad smoke cough.
  • Love those stranded sugarcanes. It will give you a treat and will scare away the habit of Smoking.
  • Finally, the AROMA, the healing exotic aroma with herbal extracts of cedar+ lavender+ lemon+ orange+ tea tree+ Water. Mix, fix and spray.
