The movie then cuts to present day when all these people have reincarnated. Harsha (Ramcharan) is a daredevil who loves bike races and stunts. Indu (Kajal) who is in love with Harsha reminds him of his past life but he is unable to figure everything out. Ranadhir (Dev Gill) is in love with Indu and to get her hand implicates Harsha in the murder of Indu's father.

Ranadhir takes Indu away to Udayagiri. However, Harsha tries to explain the truth to Indu who is reluctant to believe him. In the process, Harsha falls from a helicopter only to be saved by Solomon (Srihari). The movie then deals with Harsha trying to prove his innocence and his attempts to remind Indu of her past life.

Ramcharan's performance in the movie is pretty good. His body-language fits well into the image of a warrior. Credit is also due to the director, Rajamouli, who has invested a lot of effort in moulding the characters in the movie.

Kajal Agarwal fits into the shoes of the heroine perfectly as well. She has proven with her acting skills that she is one of a bankable actress in the industry today. Dev Gill also does justice to his role as the villain. His is most notable for his role in the recent movie, Arundhati.

Senthilkumar, who has done a good job with cinematography, deserves praise for his efforts. The fight scenes, sword fights, and the fort are almost at par with heavy-budget western flicks such as Troy and Lord of the Rings.

On the minus side, the music lacked a bit in depth. Though the songs are good, they could have been better.

In addition, the comedy sequences in the movie are very hollow. However, the computer graphics and the storyline steal the show and cover these minor glitches completely.

In conclusion, Magadheera is a good watch. We have to wait and see if the movie is going to be a major hit.
